The conference participants will be accomodated in several hotels in Gdansk agglomeration called Trójmiasto (Tricity) including Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia. A conference venue will be in modern building of Law faculty of University of Gdańsk, which is located in modern, newly constructed building on the border of Gdańsk and Sopot. For all the conference participants the transport will be available from each hotel to the Conference Center and back. Transfer duration takes from 5 to 25 minutes. There is an easy access to the Conference Center and historical city by public transport (municipal train, buses and trams). The ECIS participants will receive free pass for public transport.
To book the preferred hotel, please use our online registration system. Please don't book the hotel directly to avoid confusions. The prices include both breakfasts and taxes. The prices are given in Polish currency - Polish zlotys and in euros. The price is stable in Polish zlotys (PLN). Price in euro (in brackets) is updated automatically daily according to the current bank rate. You can pay for the hotel using your credit cards at the hotel's reception desk.
In all the hotels check out time is 12 o'clock. All of the hotels provide checkroom if needed.
